It's a new year and with it comes another highly anticipated DUB Show Tour! Wasting no time, we started the tour on January 16 - 17 in Detroit. Notably for the first time, we partnered up with the most prestigious auto show in the world, The North American International Auto Show, to host the kick off DUB Show in the Cobo Arena during the opening weekend of the Auto Show. Over 58,000 auto show goers rushed through the doors of the arena to check out all of the amazing custom rides and displays that make up every DUB event.

Come check out DUB Live! at the 2009 L.A. Auto Show. The show runs from 12/4 to 12/13. In addition to all the great debuts and concepts at the show, be sure to make your way down to Kentia Hall to get up close and personal with a huge array of custom cars...definitely a show within a show!

For D-Day’s comeback show, the weather in So. Cal was beautiful - a perfect setting for the outdoor event that was held on Sunday, October 18 at the National Orange Show in San Bernardino. It was literally the ultimate automotive festival as 13,000 people showed up to see more than 1600 custom cars, trucks, motorcycles and everything in between, more than 100 booths, and some amazing performances. Nick Cannon and Power 106’s DJ Felli Fel hosted all the day’s festivities.

Chi-City was more than ready to experience this year’s Monster Energy 2009 DUB Show Tour, as seen through the massive array of customized rides and bikes that packed the McCormick Place Convention Center on Saturday, August 1. Practically all of Chicago was there, with more than 16,000 car culture fans showed up ready to feast their eyes on some of the city’s best in the car game.

Charlotte, NC was talking about its Monster Energy 2009 DUB Show Tour stop way before we even landed. Once all the DUB staff and crew landed in the city, buzz on the show was brewing, as airport staff was asking us questions about the Saturday, June 20 show. Held at the Charlotte Convention Center, every inch of the venue was jam-packed with show goers, displays, cars and bikes. Everywhere you turned had something happening!

The Monster Energy 2009 DUB Show Tour made its way to Phoenix, AZ on Saturday, June 13, 2009, and was welcomed by not only the desert sun, but thousands of automotive fans, who packed the Phoenix Convention Center excited to experience all that the show had to offer. The Phoenix stop was jam-packed with hundreds of highly customized vehicles and bikes, tons of interactive displays and booths and, of course, an all-star stage, featuring the biggest names in hip-hop!

Dallas, Texas has taken their car culture to a whole other level, as seen at the on June 6, 2009 at the Dallas Convention Center for the fifth stop of the Monster Energy 2009 DUB Show Tour. Guests were treated to tons of visual eye candy, ranging from various customized rides, a Lowrider tribute display, various tricked-out bikes and loads of exotics and luxury vehicles.

The Monster Energy 2009 DUB Show Tour made its way to Motor City on Saturday, May 30, 2009, as it packed Cobo Hall with tons of highly customized and modded vehicles and bikes. To help out the city of Detroit, DUB offered a special promotion that allowed free entrance when visitors brought out two or more cans of food, which was then donated to Capuchin Soup Kitchen. Even those with tickets were kind enough to bring handfuls of cans to support our effort.

The Monster Energy 2009 DUB Show Tour made its way to the East Coast for its third stop in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Saturday, May 16. Despite the gloomy weather outside, automotive lovers from New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, D.C. and Maryland made the trek to experience the hottest annual custom car show in the country. More than 12,000 packed the Atlantic City Convention Center to feast their eyes on the area’s hottest customs, bikes, exotics and more!
