Created in 2006, The Lovewright Co. was born as Danny Reyes’ answer to modern streetwear. Taking a different approach from usual streetwear lines that tend to lean toward the dramatic, Danny wanted a more lowbrow clothing line that featured simple and classic designs that depict witty descriptions of everyday life. On Thursday May 14, the Nike Training Summit was held at the UC Irvine Crawford Hall Athletic Complex with Olympic gold medal decathlete Bryan Clay, All-Pro football players Adrian Peterson, Larry Fitzgerald and Troy Polamalu, and NBA All-Stars Brandon Roy and Amar’e Stoudemire to introduce the Nike Trainer 1. The summit was led by led by sportscaster Jim Gray, Nike Vice President and General Manager of Nike Athletic Training Kris Aman, and designer Aaron Cooper.

Growing up in mash culture and living as a rapper in the dirty South, Curren$y effortlessly mixes popular icons from movies, art, fashion and sports into clever, flowing rhymes. First, he rapped under Master P, as one of C-Murder’s artist’s then Lil Wayne snatched him up into the Young Money camp, but Curren$y left it all to get his own shine.
